Memority's R&D Platform team is responsible for developing and operating our solution. Our front/back developers, devOps, QA, UX/UI designers, product managers, scrum masters and tech leads work together in agile mode within different feature teams to design, maintain and operate the various Memority environments through versions deployed monthly, integrating new functions and new technologies such as AI. Memority is based on a micro-services, multi-tenant architecture deployed on hyperscalers using Infrastructure as Code technologies.
The Customer Success team plays a central role in the deployment of Memority and the support of our customers. Its engineers are involved in the pre-sales phases, helping our customers and partners to configure the platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and training Memority partners and customers. They also ensure that the platform is used correctly and advise our customers on their long-term cybersecurity issues. Combining project management, customer contact and technical expertise is their day-to-day job.
The Marketing team is responsible for promoting Memority in the world of cybersecurity through its digital presence and attendance at cyber events, in order to meet a major challenge: establishing Memority's reputation as an independent French software publisher with 10 years' expertise in IAM. Between prospecting and building customer loyalty, the Sales team is developing our ecosystem of customers and partners to position Memority as the leader in IDaaS in Europe. Its role is to meet the challenges of identity and access management and securing our customers' IT systems.
The Security Team defines and deploys the cybersecurity strategy internally and for our software solution. In a challenging European and global context, it is the guarantor of our high security standards and best practices. Its projects include obtaining and maintaining certifications (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.) and operational monitoring of security and associated best practices. Its engineers actively contribute to Memority's reputation as a trusted player.
The Finance, HR and IT Teams ensure that Memority runs smoothly. True partners in their day-to-day work, they ensure the company's financial stability, support careers and teams, manage our IT resources and optimise our internal tools... Their common mission? To enable everyone to work in the best possible conditions so that Memority can achieve its objectives. And that's what makes us so friendly and competent!
